Very fine product if you are careful and patient with it. The funnel to fill the tank is not so much a splash guard as a direct shield that pinballs pouring water right back at you just enough to drip over the side in the back, about two inches travel, where it is impossible to stop the water from falling into the fan blade' open slits along the back above the mechanical components and outlet. So, practice technique and never tilt or rush through this. It works best cooling home's currents/draft

It works well and cools very well, yes more than a standard fan. This is my first & only mini A/C, so I have nothing else to compare to, but I would recommend it. It does require a filter that should be changed periodically, something to keep in mind.

It works great. You just have to be careful to only add water when it's disconnected. Keeps room cool

I like it because it is small and doesn't use freon to cool. It is not intended to cool an entire room, and knowing that, I use it to cool my person. It works well. I do keep the handle up and the spout in it so I can continuously add water, but honestly, that is a minor issue in the face of the heat dome, the fires near my town, and the ongoing climate catastrophe.

Really love this product except for the super bright light at the top. I have to cover it up at night because it's like having a small flashlight on. It'd be great if there was a way to dim it. Product works as expected and my Pomeranian loves that she now has a personal air conditioner. This is a GREAT product if you have a small fluffy dog who overheats.

Works as expected. Especially nice during a power outage or peak event as it uses USB. No heat generated and works throughout an entire night’s sleep. Only thing I don’t like is the bright light at the top
